Quality Policy

For more than 10 years, Destinators has been providing specialized logistics services and transportation solutions to serve communities in which we function. Today, we operate in a global air, ocean and land network covering more than 100 locations around the globe throughout our logistics network of agents in every major city.

 At Destinators, we are highly committed to provide services, such as “Freight Forwarding (Sea, Air and Land), Customs Clearance, Delivery and Distribution, Warehousing and Other Logistics Services” that meet and exceed existing and prospective customers’ needs, expectations and requirements as well as all the legal, statutory and regulatory applicable requirements.

Our Quality Management System reflects the competence of Destinators that operates with full commitment to the requirements ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System to continuously enhance customer satisfaction.

We are constantly committed to develop our employees’ skills, their technical knowledge and expertise, and increase their efficiency through specialized trainings, awareness sessions and workshops.

Attainment of this policy involves all employees being individually assigned their roles and responsibilities in the company and therefore responsible for the quality of their work, and resulting in a continual improvement culture and overall system efficiency.

The Top Management of Destinators is completely committed to drive continual improvement by reviewing its Quality Management System’s effectiveness as necessary through different verification activities and quality audits and by providing support and all required resources.

This policy is available to all relevant interested parties when needed. It is communicated and explained as well to all employees by respective supervisors and managers through training sessions and posted at the entrance of the company.
